I’ve spent my entire professional career in operations management and leadership, developing teams that deliver results and execute with excellence. I’m a strong leader, a disciplined organizer, and a clear communicator — but more than that, I’m a man who’s learned that true strength begins with surrender to our Heavenly Father.
I grew up in the country, where hard work and competition were part of everyday life. Those early lessons shaped me — teaching me discipline, drive, and resilience. But as I advanced through corporate life, I allowed success, marriage, and the busyness of the world to pull me away from my relationship with God. It took the passing of my wife to shake me awake. Through that deep pain, I discovered the power of grace, healing, and renewal. God reminded me that my true purpose wasn’t found in titles or achievements — it was in serving men, building them up in faith, and helping them walk in step with God’s will.
At Salt and Light Recruiting, my focus is on helping men become who God created them to be — strong, courageous, faithful, and loving. I apply biblical-based teaching and practical leadership experience to mentor men in their spiritual, personal, and professional lives. We talk about the real battles — sin, temptation, pride, and distraction. Satan is cunning and relentless, but through discipline, accountability, and faith, we can overcome.
I believe in strategic living — in planning, executing, and aligning every resource toward one goal: building God’s Kingdom. My favorite sayings reflect this mindset: “Fail to plan, plan to fail,” and “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.” God calls us to live intentionally. Matthew 6:33 reminds us: “Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness; and all these things will be added unto you.”
My favorite verse, 1 Corinthians 16:13-14, calls us to:
“Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong. Do everything in love.”
That’s what real manhood looks like — strength rooted in faith, courage grounded in love.
When I’m not mentoring or leading, you’ll find me outdoors — bow hunting, snowmobiling, or simply enjoying God’s creation. That’s where I recharge and reflect on His goodness.
Men, we were built for relationships, purpose, and brotherhood. We need encouragement, accountability, and mentorship. In a society where masculinity is under attack, it’s time for Christian men to rise up, stand firm, and support one another. Our families need it. Our workplaces need it. Our nation needs it. Most importantly, God calls us to it.
My mission is to help men find their purpose through surrender, obedience, and service. Jesus was the perfect example — God sent Him to show us how to live, lead, and love. Let’s follow His model together.
