Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Eligible Products for Return or Exchange:

  • Apparel (Shirts, Sweatshirts, Hats)
  • Mugs
  • Wristbands

Return Window:
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags/packaging intact.

How to Start a Return:
Please email us at lyleyutzy@saltnlightrecruiting.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll provide instructions and a return address.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Non-Returnable Items Include:

  • Retreat Tickets / Event Registrations
  • Gift Cards
  • Final Sale Items
  • Customized Products

Retreat Registration Policy:
All retreat registrations are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person with prior written approval at least 7 days before the event. If you are unable to attend, please contact us as early as possible to discuss your options.
