Lyle founded this ministry to support men from every walk of life – especially those carrying brokenness, loss or regret – by helping them discover their God-given identity, rebuild their strength in faith, and to live with intentionality and accountability before the Lord.

For every donation, you will receive a written acknowledgment via email for your tax records. This receipt will state that no goods or services were provided in exchange for your contribution (unless a quid pro quo contribution was made, in which case the fair market value of goods/services will be noted).

Salt and Light Recruiting is a nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
