Mission
At Salt and Light Recruiting, my mission is to serve, equip, and walk alongside men as they pursue lives of obedience, faith, and purpose in Jesus Christ. I founded this ministry to support men from every walk of life—especially those carrying brokenness, loss, or regret—by helping them discover their God-given identity, rebuild their strength in faith, and live with intentionality and accountability before the Lord.
Salt & Light is here to support men who are seeking deeper meaning in their existence through understanding God’s divine purpose for their life. Men need to pull their heads out of the sand, stop being passive and live life to the fullest as God intended.
As the world grows increasingly hostile to truth, men must decide who they will serve and commit fully to living for God’s Kingdom with integrity, courage, and discipline. We exist to build strong, faith-driven men who reject passivity, stand firm in spiritual battle, and pursue lives marked by leadership, love, and service. Together, we sharpen one another as brothers, following Jesus Christ—the perfect model of strength, truth, and compassion—and living with faith that is proven through action.
My mission is to Awaken Men. Men need to stand together, to encourage and support one another. The time is now for Men to be on their Guard, Stand Firm, and be courageous. Our lives and the lives of our families depend on it!!
Through one-on-one coaching, mentoring, and genuine relationship, I strive to help men grow spiritually, emotionally, and practically—restoring what’s been lost and strengthening what God has begun. I believe men were never meant to walk alone. Through brotherhood, counsel, and surrender to Christ, I’ve seen how every man can rise from the weight of past mistakes and live with renewed purpose and confidence in God’s calling.
Purpose
Salt and Light Recruiting was born out of my personal journey through loss, surrender, and renewal. When my wife was called home to heaven on August 28, 2021, my life was shaken to its core. As I continued my corporate career, I realized that worldly success could not fill the emptiness I felt inside. In that season of pain, I began to seek the Lord with all my heart—praying, diving into His Word, and asking Him to reveal His purpose for my life.
God began to open my eyes to what truly mattered. He showed me that my life was meant for more than a paycheck or position—it was meant for impact, obedience, and service. He called me to walk by faith and help other men find the same connection, purpose, and healing that I had found in Him.
This ministry was created because I believe that:
- Every man has a divine purpose, uniquely designed by God to build His Kingdom.
- Men need mentors and accountability partners to guide them through life’s storms.
- Brokenness is not the end—it’s where God begins His greatest work.
- True success is found not in worldly achievement, but in obedience to the Father’s will.
Through Salt and Light Recruiting, my goal is to:
- Help men strengthen their relationship with God and live out their faith daily.
- Encourage men who are battling loneliness, loss, addiction, and discouragement.
- Walk alongside widowers and hurting men to help them rediscover hope and community.
- Coach men toward clarity in their spiritual calling and life purpose.
- Inspire younger men to seek mentorship and godly wisdom early in their journey.
My passion is rooted in obedience—to live intentionally, serve faithfully, and help men experience the freedom and fullness of walking with Christ. I’ve learned firsthand that when we surrender our pride, humble ourselves before God, and allow Him to lead, everything changes.

I’ve made it my mission to no longer rely on my own understanding but to let God steer the ship—because He knows the destination far better than I ever could.
Salt and Light Recruiting exists to shine God’s light into dark places, to preserve truth and integrity like salt, and to raise up men who are courageous, humble, and fully alive in Christ.
