Whether you’re seeking a peaceful family holiday or an adventurous mountain experience, this cabin provides the ideal home base for your stay. Accommodating up to 10 guests comfortably, our cabin is designed to combine mountain charm with modern comfort. The cabin has a full kitchen with a propane refrigerator, washer, and dryer, full bathroom and the option to enjoy food delivery or packed lunches being provided, you can simply relax and focus on making memories.

Adventure awaits right outside your door. In the winter months, when Highway 70 closes to vehicle traffic, snowmobilers have direct access to pristine backcountry trails without ever having to trailer their sleds. In warmer seasons, the area bursts with opportunity—cast your line into the North Platte River for exceptional fly-fishing, explore nearby Silver Lake or Battle Lake, or take a scenic day trip to Hog Park Reservoir just 25 miles away. The Sierra Madres are also renowned for trophy mule deer and elk hunting, as well as endless trails for hiking, backpacking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing. For nature lovers, both the Huston Park and Encampment Wilderness areas are only a short distance from the cabin, offering unparalleled views and wildlife encounters.

Located just 50 miles from Interstate 80 and roughly 3 hours from Denver International Airport, getting here is as easy as the relaxation you’ll find once you arrive.

“Between The Pines” Cabin Rental Rules &Agreement

Please read carefully. You must agree to these terms before your booking is accepted.

Rates & Payment

·       The rate for the cabin rental is as follows:

1. $150 per guest will be charged per night up to 4 guests. 

2. $100 per guest will be charged with 5 or more guests, not to exceed 10 total guests.
3. A minimum of 2 nights is required to book.

·       The maximum occupancy is 10 guests. 

• 100% of the total cost is charged before occupancy is allowed.
• Payment must be made by credit card.
• No refunds for early departure, weather conditions, or rule violations.
• Cancellations must be made a week (7 days) prior to your stay.

Occupancy

• Maximum occupancy is 10 Guest.
• Cabin is for registered guests only. No parties or large gatherings.

Meals

• Food shopping can be provided with all food being available upon check-in.  Please contact us personally to place order.
• Alcohol is allowed and can be provided similar to the meal planning. 
• Food/Alcohol Mark-up will be 35%

Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-In:
  Times must be coordinated and agreed on beforehand, due to the cabin’s remote location and seasonal conditions.
  (This helps ensure guests find the cabin safely.)
• Check-Out:
  12:00 PM (noon) after the last paid night.

Smoking, Pets & Cleanliness

• No smoking inside the cabin.
• Pets:
• Must be approved in advance.
• A $100 deposit per pet is required before arrival.
• Deposit will be returned if no damage occurs.
• Trash: Must be placed in the designated outdoor trash bins.
• Cabin must be left in the same condition as when you arrived.
  If not, a $200 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card.

Property Use & Safety

• No chopping or cutting wood on the property. Firewood is already provided for the wood stove.
• Generator Use:
• Must be turned off whenever lights or water are not needed.
• No tampering with locks, security devices, or equipment.
• No illegal activities, trespassing on neighboring property, or unsafe behavior.

Weather, Location & Travel

• The cabin is in a remote, forested location. Travel may involve uneven ground, seasonal snow, or limited cell service.
• Renter is responsible for safe travel to/from the property.
• Snowmobiles can be rented at the cabin, this will need to be arranged. 
• No refunds are given for weather or road conditions.

Liability

• Renter and guests stay at their own risk.
• Property owner is not responsible for injuries, lost items, vehicle issues, or accidents of any kind.
• By booking, renter agrees to hold the owner harmless from all claims arising from their stay.

Required Agreement & Signature

By checking the box and completing the Calendly reservation form, I confirm that:

1. I have read, understand, and agree to all rules and terms for “Between Da Pines Cabin.”
2. I agree that 100% of rental fees (including pet deposits) will be charged before occupancy.
3. I understand that violating any rules may result in immediate removal without refund.
4. I accept full financial responsibility for damages, excessive mess, missing items, or violations of this agreement.
5. I agree that my digital confirmation serves as my legal electronic signature on this rental agreement.
